Styku may collect Personal Information from you or your customers when we or a client using our software provide body scanning services to you, or you establish or update a Styku account.

Personal Information collected includes all or some of the following: your name, e-mail address, postal, billing and shipping address, phone number, transaction-related information, including credit card, routing or other preferred means of payment or billing information, body measurements, body scan data or any other Information needed to provide you with our Service.

Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect your Personal Information to provide you with Styku’s Services and to administer our business. It allows us to provide you with easy access to our products and services.

Personal Information from people scanned using our Services, including historical data such as measurement and scan data changes over time, is kept on record indefinitely, and may be used in aggregate format for the purposes of our business operations, including but not limited to research and product development.

Information We Share

Styku does not share Personal Information with any third parties, except where required to complete credit card or other financial transactions as authorized by you or your customer.

How We Protect Personal Information

We believe we maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the personal information you provide on against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use and other unlawful forms of processing. We use Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") technology to protect the transmission over the Internet of your payment card data. SSL technology encrypts your credit card number, order information and personal information before it is transmitted to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than or on behalf of Styku. While we implement the above and other security measures to protect your information, please note that no administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the personal information collected from or provided by you or data transmitted over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
